An extract from Hayley Solich’s heart journal, entry 23 February 2020
You have a very full bucket, ready to pour from. There is so much water within you. Life-giving water. It is time to flow and pour it out. You are no longer in drought. You have learned how to tap into the resources of the spirit, to draw comfort and strength from the deep places. You are strong. You are fierce. You are a warrior, yet you have this gentleness of spirit, this quiet confidence, this richness of care for others.
I have made you, all of you. There is no part that is unworthy. It is all worthy. You need to be confident in who you are and in how you have been created. Take your eyes of form and onto spirit. Your form can change, but the spirit is constant. When you are looking at form you are missing the opportunities that surround you. Do not limit your thinking. It is like the stairs at Aparana Ridge. You were walking in fear up and down the stairs, ever careful in case you should fall. You had convinced yourself that your body was not able to navigate the stairs without danger. Then I challenged you to believe that you were agile and could navigate the stairs with ease and what happened? You were able to walk not holding on, to step confidently, taking one stair with each foot instead of having to step both feet onto the same step.
This is how life is.
You no longer need to live in fear. But rather to live in trust. To step confidently.
There is so much richness, so much refreshing in the bucket that is your heart. It is time to pour. Pour it out. Refresh others.
You will have an endless supply. For the bucket has been filled by your own tears, by the heartbreak and the sorrow, but you are no longer heartbroken and sorrowful. You are healed and powerful. Rejoice in your current state of being. Empowered. Confident. Able. Respected. Desired. You are who you are meant to be. Take your eyes off form and step into the person that I have called you to be.
