Wisdom for Living Abundantly

Do you wish that you better understood yourself and your motivations?
Do you wish that you were able to tap into your inner wisdom, so you can answer your own questions instead of having to run to everyone for solutions?
Perhaps you have heard others share what they have heard their own hearts tell them about life and wished you knew how to do that too?
In as little as between 5 and 30 minutes a day (depending on the speed of your hearing and interpreting skills), you can literally transform your life simply by the act of journaling from the heart.
For those who choose to say 'Yes' to this opportunity, you will also benefit from the weekly group process.
"... For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of."

" Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."
https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Proverbs+4%3A23-27&version=NIV
This tells me that we have abundance in our heart and that it is a precious resource that must be protected. What if that abundance could be tapped through the power of journaling regularly?
