A multi-award-winning community engagement and Lived Experience professional who is nationally active in advocating for change in the mental health system. Hayley builds capacity and awareness to create social change by listening to the perspectives of others, validating and uplifting them. She uses her creativity, communication, facilitation and engagement skills to influence change. Working strategically at the local, state and national levels, Hayley actively participates in committees, working parties and executive groups and networks. Her strategic insight and continuous improvement mindset have been highly valued by committees and teams at all levels.

Influence others to take action by strategically developing solutions to systemic issues. She works with people at all levels to unearth solutions. She contributes to the development of policies, processes, projects and plans that support change. She is a connector who lives community development. Supporting and developing other Lived Experience advocates, Hayley facilitates group processes and training sessions.
➡What does she offer?
Positive project leadership or team membership, where she can contribute her specialist knowledge of communications, health literacy, marketing and facilitation, applying her creativity to literally transform concepts into reality. Hayley also is a fierce but friendly Lived Experience advocate who is able to bring to the table her inquisitive and strategic mind to stimulate conversations to find solutions. She lives quality improvement, approaching every situation with a view to be part of the solution and streamline processes.
